So that FSrealWX 3.0 also with FSrealWX-Bridge I uploaded a new BETA.

(Settings) - Recorder Callsign
(Settings) - Recorder use system or FS time
(Recorder) - add flights dialog
(Client) - API version send to XPrealWX or FSrealWX-Bridge
(Main) - clear values in data page if not connected

(AviationLib) - Protocol use wide string
