The constant shifts of the wind during landing

When lowering and often when landing (from 1700 to 300ft) , wind shifts of 20-30 miles per hour occur (in the settings of the direct Wind Control checkbox is set and the values = 1). In reality, such shifts happen, but rarely. As a result of damage to the flaps my constant problem.
