First, let me congratulate you on such a nice utility! But since this is the bug reports section, let's get down to it:

DWC seems not to be working on FS9, FSUIPC 3.999z9 registered version. What is error 17?

Second to that: weather smoothing seems inactive. pressure changes and the altimeter can jume a whole 1000 ft... the new weather data is applied instantly to the previous one.

Furthermore, OAT at FL310 seems to be -5°C. Far too warm!
