Problem with RAIN

when the metar is RAIN or the decodification of this (RA, TS, +TS, -TS, -RA, +RA, DZ, -DZ) the rain not appears over the airport, only when the wheels of the aircrart are in the air , example, if you departing the rain appears 1 ft in the air and when you landing when touch the wheels, dissapears the rain... is possible to fix??

and is fs2004 with fsuipc 3.999z
