You don't have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 installed. You must install it. Do you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system?

There are two Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 packages, a 32-bit package and a 64-bit one. You need to put both.

Ho scaricato la versione Prova del aggiornamento del Meteo . Ma in fase di carico , il sistema mi dice che non viene letta la chiave .

Salve. Così dovrebbe essere, la chiave deve essere acquistata da simmarket, non hai ancora la chiave.
