Have been using FS RealWX for over a year, never had a problem. Lately, I can't get it to work. When I hit "download wx" it sometimes goes to 99% and just hangs there or it doesn't download wx at all.
I'm using v2.04.863 for FSX with win10. I am not having any problems connecting to the internet and not having problems with my FSX.
Try changing the US - DE server and the IVAO - VATSIM - NOAA weather data source in the program settings in the "Weather" tab. I checked, the data loads normally on all servers, but there may be local access problems, so it's worth trying to change your settings.
