FS9 not injecting correct if at all.

Trying at multiple airports in Australia. Sydney - YSSY - was about the only one that was accurate. 
Many other airports : YMML, YPPH, YBCS, YBRM,  and so on. Rarely was it close. Winds incorrect by a long margin. Temps 4-5C degrees or more off or its stayed at 15C. QNH wasn't accurate or not displayed. 

I followed the guidlines for setting up FS2004. I tried different servers, in fact all of them. Same result. All running as admin (made no difference nor should it anyway). Latest FSUIPC. 

Seems to be a lot of other posts about it not injecting correctly if at al for FS2004.
