Host wxdata.fsrealwx.net not found

After installing service packs 1 & 2 for FSX, I installed FSUIPC and then FSrealWX.  I keep getting a "Host wxdata.fsrealwx.net not found" message.  In spite of what the log file below says, the machine is running Windows 11 (64 bit home version).  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
