Am I doing someting wrong?

Hi,

Maybe I´m doing something wrong, but it seems I´m getting different wind figures in relation to the METAR. I usually fly from airports in Brazil, but I tested in other airports too and the behaviour is similar. For instance, METAR for the airport says wind is 040/4kt and in FS, after I hit the "Set all WX"button, the wind is 283/44kt.

Any ideas?
