Registration Activation

Hi, a friend of mine has tried to set up an account and received an email with a link to activate it. It does not work and he received the following message "Registration failed: Verification code not found." Does he try again using a different name and password, or are you able to re-send another email? He is setup under the username of "flyingfifteen"
