I am attempting to retrieve my username and password for my account I purchased this product with, each time it says it has been sent to my email but I have still not received anything.
Can you please advise what the problem is, or how do I gain access to my old account.

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
