Barometric Pressure Issue

Hello,
The last 2 days, I did short flights on windy days. The Barometric pressure would rapidly change as I was flying. Sometimes the altimeter would go out up to 2000 feet. So fast that the AI ATC could not even keep up.

Also, any suggestions on the shuddering?
