Fsxrealwx Pro 2.04 Multiplayer

Hi everybody! I just installed FsRealWx Pro 2.04 2040866.
I am just wondering if it works in multiplayer using the LAN connection and if it works could someone show me how please.
Also should I download version 3 and do I install it on top a version 2 or I have to uninstall first.
