FSwx not working with X-Plane 10.45 on Windows 10

Hello,

I have FSRealWX for sometime now, after i made a clean installation of my PC i cant get FSRealWx to work with XP.

SO Windows 10, i dont have FW ON or any protection SW, have the client/server installed, same ip, same port all in the same machine and i cant get a connection. Just keeps "trying to connect to server...server not found"
If i do the simple configurator, it reconizes XP 10 on the test connection.

Need some hepl here, thank you.
