FSrealWX lite connection weather update FS9 failed

dear FS enthusiasts .... goodday to you.
your weather program Lite version for my FS9 [MS OS W7] is working okay on myj pc.

however, this afternoon through your site I installed the same Lite version on my friend's pc OS W7.
after registration and activation [your activaion url] on his Dell pc email program we started his FS9 on his MS OS W7.
when placing the aircraft on EHRD I started up the WXLite prgram, filled in the airport EHRD ICAO code and start the program.
the weather could not be updafed and keeps saying connecton failed, try Vatsim or Ivao .... over and over again.

I compared all my setups from my pc FS9 with his pc FS9 and all shows the same configuratuon on his pc
what seems to be the problem that this lie version cannot update the weather?
can anybody help us out?
