Incorrect METAR & Chaotic Winds During Landing

Hey everybody! I'm having some issues where the METAR downloaded is [Airport Name] instead of [Airport IATA], which have different metar data even though its the same airport. The [Airport Name] metar seems to be the [Airport IATA] metar, but 2 hours late. After takeoff, it will then keep switching between the two METARS which is annoying.

This also happens during approach, it will set LAND / [Airport Name] METAR which is not correct and when I've already landed and parked at the gate then only it changes to [Airport IATA] METAR. Another thing is, before approach, when I want to check the airport METAR, I type it into the search box but it always shows METAR of another airport. (Example I typed WMKK, it gave me WADL METAR)

During landing it always has wrong wind direction and speed (not even close to the METAR). Also, the wind direction and speed will keep on changing randomly non-stop it makes the autopilot go crazy.

I'm not sure if its my setup problem or its really supposed to be like that. Can anyone share with me good settings in the FSrealWX program and FSUIPC? I would stick to FSXWX as it is way more accurate, but it is causing my sim to CTD (Unhandled exception) and there seems to be no fix or support in the website.
