Can't download historical weather

When I try to download historical weather the app crashes and quits. This used to work up until recently. It only works now if I untick "Download additional weather", but then I just get partially complete weather with a lot of stuff missing. I've tried running it as administrator and using different sources and servers, but that didn't fix it.

Any ideas?
