Does not consider the wind at flight level was created by Restavr
Today, the program did not consider the wind on the flight level. According to the wind is, and in direct wind control it is absent. Rebooting the program did not change the situation.

The program at the next weather update work correctly, though for 3 hours before that direct wind was zero constantly.
