surface wind problem was created by fun

hi, i have a problem with the wind condition on the surface, i'm using FSX Steam Edition with windows 10. The wind is stronger than METAR. For example.
SABE 191400Z 21006KT 120V290 9999 FEW020 09/00 Q1024 NOSIG
I have this METAR but wind condition on surface is 291 / 53kts and also the temperature, it is always at 15C
