Strange weather ...

Hello,
Today in Québec city we have snow, no need to say it's completely covered. On the ground, everything is perfect, snow and covered. What was really strange is that at around 4000 feet I could see blue sky (no problem there) but I could also see the ground like in a clear day and this all around : zero coulds . Then in approach, at around 2600 feet then I entered clouds and I lost visibility and snow started as it should have been.
Seeing the sun at more than 4-5000 feet may be ok, but seeing the ground is not. I should have seen clouds below not the ground.
I looked at the logs and here's an extract :

If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.

Problem is still there with the newest version ... I didn't uninstall, just install the newest version. Is this correct ?

As previously mentionned the -sn error is still there and today many server error with " no gribs found"
