New Version

I just installed new version 2.0.221RC2. When trying to start I get the following window pop up"The application failed to start because SimConnect .dll was not found. Re- installing the application may fix this problem.
The same problem exist after re-installation.

Should have given you more info. I am using FSX SP2./Vista Home Premium. Anyway downloaded as you suggested and re-installed and programme starts up without any problem. I would like to thank you for rapid reply and for making such a good programme for FSX.

Just downloaded "fsrealwxv2_setup_2010221.zip" - but Norton Symantec found "fsrealwxv2_setup.exe" unsafe as "WS.Reputation.1" and then delete the file !!!

It has not happened before with earlier versions of setup files.

The Norton message doesn't indicate that anything is wrong with the file. The following information from Norton explains it.

It is probably just because FXrealWX hasn't got enough presence on the internet yet to give it a high enough reputation in Norton's database. Looks like you could recover the file from quarantine...and also Norton allow anyone to ask for a review of a known good program that hasn't got a high enough rep value yet in their database.

Just downloaded the last version 2.01.221 (23/10/2014 at 21:25 Brussels time).
Now, every time I try to downloadload the weather in FSX, I get a fatal error which closes FSX.

FSrealWX lite does not respond at this time (23/10/2014 at 22:05). Yesterday, it was functionning perfectly.

• Lite version – message “waiting for FSX”
• Pro version – one time it ends FSX when downloading weather
• 2nd time PRO downloads weather but no information displayed

I found the explication on my own.
The problem is that NOAA does not work anymore from 23 or 24/10/2014 as Metar-Feed (on both versions).
I have put the Metar-Feed on VATSIM to help get weather again.
I did read the Wiki again and NOAA is presented as an option for offline aviation.
Can you make NOAA Metar-Feed work again.
