fsrealwx pro crashes after upgrading memory

After upgrading RAM from 4 to 8 gig FSrealwx crashes on loading. Never had that problem before. Here are the details of the "crash"

I figured it out!

I had a program running in the background (Virtual Weather Station) that set up a conflict with FSrealWX. I found that by starting FSrealWX before running VWS I eliminated the problem and all is working well now.
