Error message on start up

The Ordinal 4369 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll.

I get this message every time I start FSRealWX. I don't know what it means or what to do about it.

Also FSRealWX will crash while in flight sometimes and it will not restart unless I restart my computer.
