Visibility P3D - Metar 15SM - Injected to P3D=10Mi

Hi There,
I have P3d V2.3
Metar for my local weather = 12005KT 020V140 15SM FEW220 09/M04 A3031, etc

P3D is set to 10Mi/16km visibility. I suspect FSrealWX rounds down rather than up to the next setting in P3D which is 20Mi/32km.
Is that a correct assumption?

Problem is, I am looking out my house window and visibility is almost clear. I am very close to the weather station. In P3D, 10Mi vis is pretty hazy.

Is this a bug or normal?

Pic attached of what I see from cockpit.

I will check the visibility again.
Maybe this is just an interpolation error.

Hi i just try this software i like it. Just quick question. I fly over LIRZ italy. Here is picture i see is ugly, can we possible remove the visiblity on the top of montain?
