Won't open

I've been having a problem with my fsrealwx pro program. When I click on it I get a "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file". I deleted and downloaded the program again. Still the same thing. It has worked fine up until this week and I've been using it a couple of months. It did this before, but all I had to do was restart my computer and it solved it. Now I cannot get it to work at all. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
