Wind management problem with l'ATIS

During landing the wind direction is not good. The control tower indicates wind 199 ° and FSX shows 89 ° while on FSReal box is checked on no weather update, there is the wind direction changing. It is because of the traffic. IF the wind changes direction, FSX will not tell them to change track and eventually end up with rear wind . We do not know the change and the wind through the ATIS, it can create surprises.

With a long drive 747 before arrival, I create a "bubble" of time from 400 Nm to cover further than the destination. At 200 Nm the airport, I disconnect FSRealWX so this is FSX takes over. I made some changes in FSUIPC, FSX otherwise strangely manages winds. Now it works wonderfully.
