I really like the weather and the accuracy as related to real world weather. I can make 3-5 flights and not have any issues. The next day it will quit working mid-flight. Is there something I can do or is this a known problem?

You can not change anything. I do not know it yet.
Please send me the logfile after the next crash. Attention, do not restart FSrealWX before saving the logfile.
If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
