Sorry for the very basic question, but in FSX, which option should i set the weather too?

real weather static?
real wather updared?
weather defined?
user defined?

It does not matter. FSrealWX sets this option itself.
If you find an error, then please give me exactly about your system. Which sim (FSX / P3D / Xplane). Which connection (FSUIPC / SimConnect / FSrealWX-Bridge). Which OS.
